Cancellation Policy

Payments:

• All prices quoted prior to actually grooming your pet are only estimates. Final pricing will depend on the temperament of each pet and condition of the coat. You are subject to additional charges for matted/difficult dogs.
• Rollin In Styles has the right to refuse service to any person/pet at any time.
• Rollin In Styles has the right to cancel after 15 minutes of arrival. A no-show fee may also be applied.

Cancellation

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance
• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment the day of or if you are a "no show" a fee in the amount of the total of your booking or amount due will be collected
• A no show is determined as not being available for your appointment within 15 minutes of our scheduled arrival
